And in his own words “Obviously, I don’t want to put myself out of business, but, I want to help brands and businesses understand how they can be making great content for themselves, for FREE, they just need someone like me to hold their hand and help them a little”

So, what is his story?

He’s Northern lad from Hull, City Of Culture 2017 in Yorkshire. He’s also a former nationally ranked decathlete until injury got in the way.

Simon has worked in media now for almost 20 years.  Starting at Galaxy 105 in Leeds he produced the Late Show across the network (the first ever National Networked, Commerical Daily Show).

After almost a year, Simon moved back to his hometown to produce the Evening Show at Viking FM with Ian Roberts. It was here he presented his first professional radio show, and, learned his trade as an audio producer helping to create branding and promotional packages.

A small change of direction (selling athletics equipment) and then he returned to present a sports television show.  The show went from strength to strength giving Simon excellent experience of Live television.

A year later, Simon was approached by Kick FM in Newbury Berkshire to present their afternoon drive show. So Simon jumped in the car and moved south with all his belongings and has never looked back. Working for them as well as running radio services for national and international brands such as IKEA, Burberry, Top Shop & Top Man to name a few.

WHAT NOW?
